Come out and join the Murph WOD and help support the Wounded Warrior Project on May 29, 2021 starting 9 a.m. at Starr Health and Wellness, 110 S. Wisconsin St., Port Washington, WI

Murph is a Crossfit Hero WOD  dedicated to Navy Lt. Michael Murphy from Patchogue, NY.  Murphy was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.

The $10 admission fee and all sales of smoothies, Mason jar salads and meal kits will go towards supporting the Wounded Warrior Project.
