Aldi's & Costco Among Stores Experiencing Shipping Delays
As reported by Eat This, Not that newsletter, grocery stores around the country are being impacted by shipping delays and shortages of beloved products. To address these problems, Costco recently revealed that it rented three cargo vessels to transport containers between Asia and the U.S. and Canada. Though ALDI hasn't revealed if it has similar plans, it's letting customers know that some products might not be in stores on their advertised on-sale date.
There are currently Aldi and Costco stores in Grafton, WI.
"We are experiencing shipping delays and are working around the clock to fix it. We know it is frustrating and we are sorry for any and all inconveniences," ALDI wrote on its website.
"We are trying our best to limit these delays and we will make products available in store as soon as possible . . . We appreciate your loyalty and ask for your understanding and apologize in advance for any disappointment this might cause."
